Hot Diggity Dam!

Two weekends ago we were,um.....bored. It was an extra long weekend, it was rainy, and we had no where to go. Duh! We have family in Las Vegas! Utah+Long weekend=Bored. Vegas+Long Weekend=Not Bored. Sing it with me now, VIVA Las Vegas, VIVA Las Vegas! It sure did deliver too. We even got invited to an impromtu pool party complete with homemade b.b.q. ribs and the BYU vs. Oaklahoma Game pool side over the loud speakers. Needless to say it was anything but boring. I also requested to go visit the Hoover Dam while there, just because. Pretty impressive slab of cement if I do say so myself. Thanks for havin us Garners!

Summer luvin', had me a blast...

Fall is here. I can feel it in the crisp morning air. After living in Colorado for the last four summers, I can finally say I've had the summer I had longed for here in Utah. It was hot, full of fireworks and watermelon, rodeo's, and even included a river float or two. It was fun and just what we needed. Here's just a little sample:
